Ali is a talented and seasoned management and operations executive. He brings a wealth of expertise with particular strengths in areas such as joint ventures (JV), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), initial public offerings (IPO), financial reporting systems, and financial, operational and managerial strategy and long term budgetary oversight. With an abundance of international and regional experience, Ali has a strong understanding of various markets and technology sectors throughout the Middle East, North America, Europe and Asia.

Ali holds a BSc in Finance from the American University in Washington, USA and is a recognized member of the buisness community in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and the UAE.

Michael is a results driven development and management executive with extensive experience leading people and multinational project teams, structuring, implementing, staffing and managing start-up companies in high-tech sector (Manufacturing, Information Technology, Financial, Biotechnology). Michael has been working for and with multinationals, semi-governmental and governmental institutions notably SGZ, LAFICO, Fresenius, Chemacon, Transtechnik, PBoC.

A national economist by profession (University of Heidelberg) he is also a qualified Project Managment, Digital Transformation and Strategy Framework Professional.
